Unlike many online sites,
we offer more personalized care for our clients. The first
step towards your mask is a conversation via email with the Maskmaker. Each
mask is created only after it is ordered, giving us the opportunity to customize
masks to your needs. A mask that is primarily for display will have different
needs than a mask used for performance, and still different needs than a mask
used in a classroom.
After this conference, we
will give you specifics regarding payment and delivery time. Please be aware
large orders may take four to six weeks to be
created and shipped. If you have a performance date, please take this into
account, and order early.
We accept credit card payment
via Paypal, and for US customers, we will also accept personal checks.
